This document contains an introduction, installation instructions, status of program information, license information, and a point of contact for comments or if you need assistance.

Introduction:  PhotoPac DragNDrop helps you distribute digital photographs and other collections of digital images and sounds.  Most distribution schemes require a run time display program that you must distribute with your album.   This scheme limits your audience and makes your presentations potentially incompatible as technology advances. But, with PhotoPac DragNDrop, no distribution software is required.  Its presentations are HTML web pages that can be viewed directly using your web browser!  HTML promises the long term stability you need to protect the memories your photo albums hold.  Everybody has an internet browser, Netscape or Explorer, and that's all you need to look at your photo albums!   You can even distribute big albums on small floppy diskettes. PhotoPac DragNDrop makes the fit!  If you wish, PhotoPac will pack your presentations in a single self extracting file to make sending via e-mail easy.  The trial version of PhotoPac DragNDrop is fully functional except limits presentations to three images.  A password is delivered at registration to fully realize PhotoPac's potential. Installation:  Unzip PhotoPac155.ZIP into a temporary directory.  From the temporary directory run SETUP.EXE and follow the instruction contained in the setup program.  An automatic uninstall program is included.

Status of program:  PhotoPac DragNDrop is shareware.  Thomas Kirk/Simflex Software the author  and copyright holder authorizes free distribution of the trial version.  The registered version license agreement follows:

PhotoPac DragNDrop is the property of Simflex Software and all rights are reserved.  No one may use, duplicate, copy, or maintain PhotoPac DragNDrop except as indicated herein.

Before using PhotoPac DragNDrop  you must agree with the contents of this license agreement.  If you do not agree with the terms of this license agreement you are prohibited from using PhotoPac DragNDrop in any manner. 

You may make copies of PhotoPac DragNDrop for your own personal, non-commercial use.  You may use PhotoPac DragNDrop on no more than one individual computer at a time.   You may store PhotoPac DragNDrop on a server as long as only one user at a time is allowed to use it.   No other use is authorized.  Contact Simflex Software to secure a distribution license.  Site licenses are available.

PhotoPac DragNDrop is provided as is with no guarantee with regard to suitability to a particular purpose.  Simflex Software by providing this software assumes no liability for any losses resulting from the use of PhotoPac DragNDrop.
